Thank you for choosing Kamar Residences. We aim to ensure a seamless booking experience for our domestic and international guests. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, peak seasons, and multi-currency refunds.

1. Standard Cancellation Timeline

For standard bookings, guests may cancel at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM local time).

2. Peak Season & Holiday Bookings

Important Notice: During peak seasons and high-demand periods, a stricter cancellation policy applies.

Peak Periods include: Policy for Peak Dates: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival for these dates are non-refundable.

For guests who paid in USD, EUR, SGD, AUD, or MYR:

Reservations made under "Advance Purchase" or specific promotional rates are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable regardless of the notice period.

5. Processing Refunds via CCAvenue

Approved refunds are credited to the original mode of payment.

6. Force Majeure

In events of natural disasters or government restrictions, Kamar Residences may offer a "Credit Note" valid for future stays in lieu of a cash refund.
