If you register, make a booking, or use our services, you expressly agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use
You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, provide false information, or attempt to damage the website’s functionality.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for account confidentiality. We reserve the right to modify or cancel accounts at our discretion.
4. Booking, Pricing, and International Payments
Booking Confirmation: Confirmed only upon successful payment authorization through CCAvenue.
Multi-Currency Pricing (MCP): We support pricing in USD, EUR, SGD, AUD, and MYR. Rates are converted from INR and may fluctuate based on market conditions.
Accepted Payment Methods: Through CCAvenue, we accept major international credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.
Transaction Variances: Final charges on your statement may vary slightly from the displayed price due to your bank’s specific currency conversion rates and international transaction fees.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Refunds for international bookings are initiated in the original transaction currency via CCAvenue. Kamar Residences is not liable for currency value losses or bank fees incurred between the booking and refund dates.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content is owned by Taz Kamar Inn Private Limited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, payment gateway failures, or currency fluctuations.
8. Governing Law
Laws of India apply. Disputes are subject to Chennai, Tamil Nadu jurisdiction.
9. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact our support team at info@kamarresidences.com to seek an amicable resolution before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks will be investigated. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or in violation of our booking policy, we reserve the right to recover the funds along with any associated processing fees and legal costs.
Evidence of service delivery (e.g., check-in records, signed invoices) will be provided to the payment gateway (CCAvenue) and issuing bank to contest invalid chargebacks.
